Creating an account is easy! Click the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner, enter your email address, create a strong password, and verify your email. You can also sign up using your Google, Facebook, or Apple account for faster registration.

We support MP4, MOV, AVI, WMV, and FLV formats. For best quality, we recommend uploading MP4 files with H.264 codec. Maximum file size is 2GB per video. Resolution can be up to 4K (3840x2160), and we support framerates from 24fps to 60fps.

To start earning, you need to meet our Creator Program requirements: at least 1,000 followers and 4,000 watch hours in the last 12 months. Once eligible, you can enable monetization through subscriptions, tips, virtual gifts, and ad revenue. Apply through your Creator Dashboard under the Monetization section.

Payments are processed monthly, typically between the 21st and 26th of each month for the previous month's earnings. You must reach the minimum payout threshold of $100. Payments can take 3-7 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment method (PayPal, bank transfer, or wire).

Go to Settings > Security > Two-Factor Authentication. Choose your preferred method: SMS, authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy), or security key. Follow the setup instructions, save your backup codes in a safe place, and your account will be protected with an additional security layer.

Common reasons include: unstable internet connection, file size exceeding 2GB, unsupported format, or browser issues. Try: checking your connection, compressing your video, using Chrome or Firefox, clearing browser cache, or splitting large files into smaller segments. If issues persist, contact our support team.
